These classes focus on gentle movements, balance, and relaxation to help you regain strength and flexibility after childbirth. Feel free to attend to your baby’s needs during the session. After class, indulge in a delightful treat at our onsite café, where you can connect with other mums and share experiences. The course is open to mums starting 6 to 8 weeks postpartum, depending on your delivery. No prior yoga experience is required.
