Pole Amour – Wednesday Evening

At Pole Amour, we focus on fitness and technique-based pole dancing. While we also explore flow and the art of linking inverts, our primary focus is on building fitness, strength, and body confidence. We celebrate the incredible things our bodies can achieve in a supportive and safe environment where individuality is encouraged. Each class is designed to be enjoyable, with plenty of laughter, as we aim to keep both body and mind fit.

We carefully select moves and dedicate a few months to mastering them. Our classes are light-hearted and fun—we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Pole dancing is a personal journey, but we also cheer each other on and celebrate each other’s successes. Many of our clients have formed lasting friendships, and what started as a hobby has led to remarkable ‘polegression.’ Most of our clients even describe it as their therapy!

Pole Amour Pole Pathway:

We offer a structured beginners pathway:

  • Total Beginners Level 1: Pole Trial – 4-week taster (walks, spins) – TeamUp (goteamup.com)
  • Beginners Level 2: 4 weeks (spins, learning how to climb)
  • Beginners Level 3: 4 weeks (spins, climbs, sitting techniques)
  • Beginners Level 4: Inverting Introduction – 4 weeks (reviewing previous skills and learning how to invert)

Completion of these courses is required before progressing to pole membership, where you can participate in photoshoots and enjoy greater flexibility in class choices.
