Join the Conversation: Let’s Get the World Talking About Menopause!
Are you looking for a relaxed and open space to discuss menopause? Whether you’re going through it, supporting someone who is, or simply curious to learn more, the Menopause Café is the place to be.
At a Menopause Café, people—often strangers—come together to enjoy tea, snacks, and meaningful conversations about menopause. There’s no agenda, no pressure, just an open and respectful environment to share experiences and ask questions.
Hosted by Esther, a Volunteer for The Menopause Café Charity: As a trained host, Esther organises these informal meet-ups, choosing comfortable and friendly venues like Bloomsbury’s, known for its easy-going vibe. The Menopause Café offers a unique opportunity to connect with others in your community, exchange stories, and support each other.
What to Expect:
- FREE Entry!
- A welcoming, accessible, and confidential space
- Open to everyone, regardless of gender or age
- No conclusions, products, or courses of action—just honest discussion
