Bloomsburys is open

We are delighted to say that Bloomsburys is open once again, albeit in a slightly limited capacity.

We have been able to open The Wild Rose Retreat which is perfect for staycations over the summer and autumn. 

We have also been able to open our Glamping accommodation for couples, or groups of six or less in ‘social bubbles.’

As a team we have worked hard to maintain the site over the lockdown and will be taking your safety and protection very seriously. We ask that whilst on site, please maintain the usual ‘social distancing’ protocols, especially with other guests that aren’t within your group or social bubble.

As always, all accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned between guests for your comfort, but also now protection.

We haven’t been able to re-open The Garden Eatery just yet, we are hoping that we will be able to have something up and running during the summer.

Whilst the wearing of face masks isn’t mandatory in the UK in all public enclosed spaces other than shops, we do ask that you comply with the wishes of our partner businesses on the site and wear masks when required to do so by them.

All of the other businesses on site are now up and running, again with social distancing measures in place so please book directly with them, and ask what their requirements are for COVID safety.

We aren’t currently taking bookings for weddings in 2020, however our staff would be delighted to talk to you about 2021 and beyond.

We obviously don’t know what the future will bring. We do know that the virus hasn’t gone away and that we may find ourselves living with further outbreaks, localised lockdowns and restrictions on the way that we live our lives.

We hope that all of our guests respect the fact that it will be an ever changing landscape for a while and that they do what ever they can to restrict the transmission of the virus.

If you are showing any signs of the virus before please think very carefully before travelling, and only travel when it is safe for you, and our other guests.

Whilst on site we ask that you continue to wash your hands regularly and use hand-sanitiser accordingly so that the risks of infection are kept to an absolute minimum.
